Backend QA Engineer - AI Trainer

About the role

Join DataAnnotation’s DataAnnotation team as a Backend QA Engineer focused on AI training. You will work remotely, designing coding challenges and evaluating AI‑generated code to improve intelligent systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design and solve diverse coding problems used to train AI models, especially for Android development.
• Write clear, high‑quality code snippets and detailed explanations.
• Evaluate AI‑generated code for accuracy, performance, and clarity.
• Provide constructive feedback that shapes future AI models.

Required profile

• Fluent English (native or bilingual level).
• Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience as a Software Developer, Coder, Software Engineer, or Programmer is preferred.
