About the role

Auror is looking for a Mobile Engineering Lead to shape the strategic direction of its mobile team. You will work closely with engineers, product owners, and stakeholders to deliver a critical mobile app used by frontline crime‑fighters worldwide.

Key responsibilities

Define and drive the mobile product roadmap and technical strategy.
Manage cross‑team dependencies and ensure clear communication across product streams.
Maintain delivery momentum while fostering continuous improvement within the team.
Oversee the development, release, and scaling of the Flutter‑based mobile app serving over 10,000 active weekly users.
Mentor engineers, promote a high‑care/high‑performance culture, and champion collaborative decision‑making.

Required profile

Strong leadership mindset with a focus on collaboration and growth.
Ability to create clarity in complex, fast‑moving environments.
Experience guiding small, high‑impact engineering teams.
Passion for building software that directly supports frontline workers.
