About the role
MECCA is seeking a dynamic Zone Manager to lead its Dunedin store in New Zealand. You will be responsible for driving store performance, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and developing a high‑performing team.
Key responsibilities
- Support the Management Team in delivering outstanding customer service.
- Lead from the front, communicating goals and upskilling staff.
- Motivate and engage the team to meet KPIs and uphold MECCA values.
- Ensure store operations run smoothly during evenings and weekends.
Required profile
- Proven experience leading large retail teams.
- Strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Confidence in providing constructive feedback and coaching.
- Availability to work late evenings and weekends.
