Zone Manager - MECCA Newmarket

About the role

MECCA is looking for a passionate Zone Manager to lead its Newmarket store in New Zealand on a part-time basis, working 20 hours per week. The role supports the management team in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving store success.

Key responsibilities

• Support the management team to deliver exceptional customer experiences in the store
• Lead from the front, driving store success through strong communication and upskilling the team
• Engage and motivate the store team to meet KPIs and uphold company values

Required profile

• Prior experience successfully leading large retail teams
• A strong passion for customer service, going above and beyond for customers
• Confidence in giving feedback to develop and coach team members
• Availability to work late evenings and weekends
• If you have never worked for MECCA before, the first 90 days will be subject to a trial period
