Weighbridge Operator – Full-time On-site Role

About the role

Ward Demolition is looking for a reliable Weighbridge Operator to join its Auckland team. This full‑time, on‑site position supports demolition projects by ensuring accurate weight measurements of materials and equipment. Availability every third Saturday is required to maintain continuous site operations.

Key responsibilities

• Operate the weighbridge to record the weight of incoming and outgoing loads.
• Enter weight data accurately into the company system and generate reports.
• Perform routine checks and basic maintenance on the weighbridge equipment.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations on site.
• Coordinate with site supervisors and logistics personnel to schedule weigh‑ins.
• Maintain clear documentation of all weigh‑in activities.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work on‑site in a physically demanding environment.
• Reliability and willingness to work the required third‑Saturday shift.
• Basic understanding of safety procedures in construction or demolition settings.
