About the role
Join Martin Brower’s Wiri distribution centre as a Warehouse Supervisor on the PM shift. You will lead a dynamic workforce to ensure efficient distribution to our customer restaurants.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations during the PM shift.
- Manage and motivate a team of warehouse staff to meet productivity and safety targets.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics to ensure timely deliveries.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and oversee stock control processes.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and quality standards.
Required profile
- Proven experience supervising warehouse or distribution centre teams.
- Availability to work the PM shift.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- Good understanding of logistics and warehousing processes.
