About the role

Ferntech is looking for an Operations Manager to lead its drone programme. You will be at the heart of the company’s growth, ensuring day‑to‑day operations run smoothly while driving continuous improvement across the business.

Key responsibilities

Oversee all operational aspects of drone deployments, from planning to execution.
Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
Monitor performance metrics and report on operational health.
Maintain compliance with local aviation regulations and safety standards.

Required profile

Proven experience in operations management, preferably in technology or aviation.
Strong problem‑solving mindset with the ability to work autonomously.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑changing environment where no two days are the same.
