Warehouse & Event Delivery Manager

About the role

Flock Events is looking for a proactive Warehouse & Event Delivery Manager to lead its Auckland branch. In this hands‑on position you will own the warehouse operations, manage the crew, and ensure flawless delivery for some of New Zealand’s premier events.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day warehouse activities, including inventory control and stock movement.
• Lead, coach, and develop a local team responsible for event set‑up, logistics, and breakdown.
• Coordinate with event planners to align delivery schedules, resources, and on‑site requirements.
• Maintain health, safety, and compliance standards across all warehouse and event operations.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing warehouse or logistics teams.
• Strong leadership skills with a hands‑on approach.
• Excellent organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing event demands.
