About the role
Econowaste is seeking a dedicated Class 5 Operator to join its night‑shift team in Auckland CBD. You will be responsible for safely operating heavy machinery to support our road‑transport and waste‑management operations.
Key responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery during night‑shift hours to move and process waste materials.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
- Maintain accurate logs of equipment usage and incidents.
- Collaborate with on‑site teams to achieve daily operational targets.
Required profile
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
- Strong attention to safety protocols and environmental practices.
- Flexibility to work overnight hours on a full‑time basis.
