Visual Merchandiser – Luxury Retail (Auckland)

About the role

Louis Vuitton is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to join its Auckland team. You will be responsible for maintaining the brand’s visual standards across multiple stores, ensuring a sophisticated and consistent client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate window installations and product rotations with head office and local suppliers.
• Plan, prepare and implement regular store zoning, product rotations, and visual concepts for events.
• Conduct daily visual merchandising checks, maintain luxury retail standards, and manage reordering of props, lighting, and VM tools.
• Collaborate with Store Leadership on sales trends, new launches, and VM guidelines.
• Visit competitor stores, report best practices, and provide qualitative and photographic feedback.
• Support store operations, including floor management, transaction handling, and opening/closing duties.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of visual merchandising experience in a luxury or high‑profile retail environment.
• Demonstrated expertise with ready‑to‑wear, accessories, and window display projects.
• Strong attention to detail, deadline‑driven, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
