Experience Designer

About the role

We’re excited by user experience and are looking for an experienced Experience Designer to help design and maintain our Tumu design system, as well as create beautiful experiences that delight our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with designers, developers, and product managers to gather requirements and translate them into reusable components and design guidelines.
• Design and maintain a comprehensive design system that aligns with ANZ design standards.
• Contribute to digital projects, applying strong UX and UI design skills.
• Craft and deliver high‑quality design artefacts that are consistent, coherent, and aligned with the digital design strategy.
• Provide design support to delivery teams, including assets, specifications, and quality checks.
• Advocate design thinking by bringing customer insights and data to decision‑making.
• Promote inclusive design principles, especially accessibility, across projects.

Required profile

• A developed understanding of the many facets of UX/UI design and design thinking.
• Extensive experience undertaking user experience and user interface design activities.
• Experience with design system applications for native mobile (iOS & Android) and responsive web.
