Visual Merchandiser – 40h – Commercial Bay

About the role

As a Visual Merchandiser you will shape the in‑store environment to inspire customers and drive sales, working closely with the store team to deliver the H&M brand experience. This full‑time position is based in the Commercial Bay location.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure garment presentation follows the Commercial Handbook and creates inspiring displays.
• Maintain high‑level styling in windows and indoor areas.
• Collaborate with the Department Manager to maximise commercial opportunities within brand guidelines.
• Deliver visual and commercial training to colleagues, supporting consistent styling.
• Identify and develop future Visual Merchandiser talent.
• Plan workload according to business needs and commercial planner.
• Uphold safety, security and administrative procedures.
