Vehicle Sales Consultant

About the role

Join the high‑performing Used Vehicle team at Rotorua Toyota and drive sales in a modern showroom environment. You will be responsible for guiding customers through the entire purchase journey, from initial enquiry to vehicle delivery, while delivering an exceptional experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full sales process from enquiry to delivery.
• Provide an outstanding customer experience at every touchpoint.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships to generate repeat business.
• Present and maintain vehicle stock to a high standard.
• Collaborate with a high‑performing sales team.
• Contribute to the growth and success of the Rotorua dealership.

Required profile

• Full NZ driver’s licence.
• NZ citizenship or residency.
• Confident communicator who builds rapport naturally.
• Motivated, reliable and eager to succeed.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn; previous sales experience is an advantage.
