Vehicle Sales Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Vehicle Sales Consultant to join our high‑performing used‑vehicle team at our Rotorua dealership. Based in a modern showroom, you will work in a fast‑paced environment delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full sales process from initial enquiry through to vehicle delivery.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience at every stage.
• Build and maintain long‑term customer relationships to generate repeat business.
• Maintain and present vehicle stock to a high standard.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and contribute to the growth of Rotorua Toyota.

Required profile

• Full NZ driver’s licence.
• NZ citizenship or residency.
• Confident communicator who builds rapport naturally.
• Motivated, reliable and eager to succeed.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn; previous sales experience is an advantage.
