Vehicle Return Agent – Customer Service & Driver

About the role

As a Vehicle Return Agent at our Christchurch Airport location, you will be the first point of contact for customers returning rental cars. You will ensure a smooth, fast, and friendly return process while maintaining the condition of our fleet.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers on arrival and assist with vehicle check‑in.
• Expedite the rental car return process to get customers on their way quickly.
• Inspect returned vehicles for new damages and report according to procedure.
• Record fuel levels, odometer readings and input data into hand‑held devices.
• Provide directions, travel information and resolve customer complaints when needed.

Required profile

• Full, clean, valid Class 1 driver’s licence.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Willingness to follow company procedures and guidelines.
• Comfortable learning and using various computer systems for data entry.
