Logistics Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our fulfilment team in Christchurch. In this role you will ensure finished goods are delivered to customers on time, in full and in the correct sequence. You will coordinate daily activities across sites, transport providers and logistics partners.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate day‑to‑day fulfilment activity, ensuring orders are released, progressed and delivered according to customer and business requirements.
• Monitor loadouts, verify correct sequencing (including FIFO) and ensure timely dispatch from sites.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with shipping lines, ports and transport providers to keep product moving.
• Manage data and systems accurately, including ERP order releases, spreadsheets and Power BI reporting.
• Identify and manage exceptions, escalating quickly to minimise disruption.

Required profile

• Highly organised and detail‑focused, comfortable working across multiple systems.
• Proactive mindset with strong communication skills for a wide range of stakeholders.
• Experience in logistics, supply chain or a strong administrative background.
