UX Designer – Product Experience

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned UX Designer to join our product team. You will own the end‑to‑end design of user journeys, turning product insights into intuitive interfaces that solve real user problems.

Key responsibilities

• Develop deep product knowledge and stay up‑to‑date with trends in mobile, communications and collaboration.
• Conduct research to provide human and business impact insights for product decisions.
• Create deliverables such as competitive analyses, user flows, low‑fidelity wireframes, high‑fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Communicate design outcomes clearly to cross‑functional partners and the broader team.
• Scope, estimate and prioritize design work independently.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience in interactive or visual design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating polished end‑to‑end customer journeys.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence product shipping.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design or equivalent professional experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Sketch.
