Transformation Design & Delivery Manager

About the role

PwC is seeking a Manager to join its Transformation Design & Delivery team in Wellington. The role is ideal for professionals with hands‑on experience in enterprise transformation or large‑scale delivery programmes, from planning through execution. You will help clients navigate complex change, turning challenges into clear, practical delivery plans.

Key responsibilities

• Lead transformation workstreams and deliver high‑quality outcomes that solve complex problems.
• Work closely with clients to understand challenges, shape solutions and build trusted relationships.
• Own delivery from planning through execution across transformation programmes.
• Coach and support junior team members, fostering a collaborative, high‑performing culture.
• Contribute to the development of PwC’s tools, frameworks and ways of working.
• Plan and manage delivery, including work planning, resource coordination and adapting to changing priorities.
• Identify, manage and escalate risks and issues early to keep delivery on track.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders, providing accurate updates and maintaining alignment.
• Support implementation and service transition activities to embed solutions sustainably.

Required profile

• Proven experience in enterprise transformation or large‑scale delivery programmes.
• Ability to lead workstreams and manage end‑to‑end delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills.
• Experience coaching and developing junior team members.
• Excellent communication and risk‑management capabilities.
