Training Coordinator

About the role

The Training Coordinator is a permanent member of the Training Services team, supporting Ministry and sector staff with their learning and development needs. Acting as the first point of contact for training enquiries, you will help colleagues navigate the Learning Management System, Adobe Connect and related technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Provide guidance and support for LMS, Adobe Connect and other learning platforms.
• Assist staff with induction, compliance training, course bookings and prerequisite tracking.
• Respond to training enquiries and coordinate information flow.
• Collaborate with the Training Services team to ensure learning is accessible, timely and well‑supported.
• Maintain accurate records of training activities and reporting.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑focused attitude with experience in support or coordination.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain information clearly.
• Good organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to juggle priorities.
• Commitment to public service standards of integrity and conduct.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Experience using Adobe Connect or similar virtual‑learning tools.
