About the role

Join Anzor Fasteners as a Trade Sales Support specialist at our Albany branch. You will use your sales acumen and strong communication abilities to deliver exceptional phone‑based service and support to our trade customers.

Key responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls from trade customers and provide accurate product information.
  • Process orders, quotations and follow‑up enquiries efficiently.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date records in the sales system and ensure data integrity.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction.

Required profile

  • Excellent verbal communication and phone etiquette.
  • Strong sales orientation and ability to understand customer needs.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
  • Willingness to learn and follow training provided.
