Territory Sales Manager – Wellington

About the role

As a Territory Sales Manager in the “Away from Home” team, you will be the primary point of contact for Coca‑Cola European Pacific NZ’s customers across Wellington. You’ll spend most of your day on the road, visiting stores, building relationships and driving sales growth for our beverage portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a regular call cycle to visit and service assigned accounts.
• Increase sales volume and product range within each store.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and acquire new customers.
• Ensure stores are well‑executed according to brand standards.
• Collaborate with customers to develop joint growth plans.

Required profile

• High energy, motivated and results‑driven.
• Ability to work autonomously while supporting the wider team.
• Strong planning and organisational skills to manage a busy schedule.
• Proven sales and customer service experience, preferably in a fast‑paced environment.
