Territory Sales Manager – Away from Home (Palmerston North)

About the role

As a Territory Sales Manager in the “Away from Home” team, you will be the primary point of contact for CCEP customers across your Palmerston North territory, delivering exceptional service and driving sales growth. The role involves regular store visits, strategic partnership building and weekly travel to Taihape.

Key responsibilities

• Increase sales volume and product range within assigned stores.
• Ensure stores are well executed and meet merchandising standards.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to grow their business and CCEP’s market share.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and new customer acquisition.
• Apply a strategic selling approach based on customers’ needs.

Required profile

• High energy, motivation and a strong drive to succeed.
• Ability to adapt to a fast‑paced environment and manage a busy schedule.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills and a proactive, results‑oriented mindset.
• Self‑managed yet collaborative, willing to support the wider team.
• Proven sales and customer service experience; FMCG background is a plus but not required.
