Territory Manager - FMCG

About the role

Kraft Heinz is hiring a Territory Manager in Wellington. You will drive achievement of your Territory Budget through sales reporting and variance management alongside the Field Sales Manager, covering 7 New World stores and 12 Woolworths stores with a weekly call cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Manage territory performance through regular performance reviews with each store.
• Develop a territory plan with key store plans that are executed, reviewed and optimised.
• Build an understanding of customers, create customer profiles and plans, and build relationships that deliver win-win outcomes.
• Run shelf relays on time and according to strategy.
• Meet and exceed individual and business sales targets.
• Drive distribution and shelf space for products in store.

Required profile

• Sales experience with a blue-chip fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) company, with a proven track record, or with key international or local retailers.
• Tertiary qualifications preferred.
• Ability to interpret, sell and present data and insights.
• Ability to work independently, in a team and under pressure to tight deadlines.
• Highly organised and commercially astute.
