About the role
VisionWest Community Trust is seeking a Tenancy Manager who has a genuine heart for the community and an understanding of social housing. This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact within an award‑winning not‑for‑profit environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage tenancy agreements for social‑housing properties.
- Provide support and guidance to tenants throughout their tenancy journey.
- Coordinate maintenance and service providers to ensure safe, well‑maintained homes.
- Ensure compliance with housing regulations and internal policies.
- Maintain accurate tenancy records and reporting.
Required profile
- Passion for community development and social housing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
