New Home Consultant - Apartments

About the role

Fletcher Living, part of Fletcher Building, sells apartments in Auckland and Canterbury and is looking for a New Home Consultant for its Apartments business unit. The consultant sells both existing apartments and brand new off-the-plan apartments and uses Salesforce to track and follow up leads from the website and other marketing tools. The main focus is Belvedere at The Hill, Remuera, a premium apartment development under construction, but flexibility is required to travel to other locations across Central and Northwest Auckland.

Key responsibilities

• Sell existing and off-the-plan apartments to customers
• Use Salesforce to track and follow up leads generated by the website and other marketing tools
• Provide a positive, seamless experience for customers throughout the sales journey
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through meaningful customer relationships
• Help customers move into their new apartments

Required profile

• Driven self-starter with initiative and the desire to own their sales portfolio
• Enjoys working with people and has excellent communication skills
• Proudly professionally presented and able to make a strong first impression
• No previous real estate sales experience needed
• Systems-savvy and able to turn data into actionable insights

The position is fixed-term and part-time, 20 hours per week on two weekdays and Saturday, with travel to other Auckland locations.
