Technical Specialist - Network

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Specialist – Network to keep Halter’s world‑first farming technology connected. In this role you will tackle complex network challenges, build smarter tools and make a real impact on‑farm.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and optimise the network infrastructure that underpins Halter’s farming solutions.
• Diagnose and resolve complex connectivity issues to ensure reliable on‑farm operations.
• Develop and implement tools that improve network performance and monitoring.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align network capabilities with farming technology requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in network engineering or a related technical field.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset with ability to handle complex technical challenges.
• Passion for applying technology to agriculture and on‑farm environments.

Required skills

• Network design and troubleshooting.
• Experience with networking protocols and hardware.
