Teach English in China – Graduate Program – Full‑Time

About the role

English 1 is seeking recent graduates to join its Graduate Program as English teachers in China. You will live and work in a vibrant international school environment, delivering engaging lessons to young learners while gaining valuable cross‑cultural experience.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high‑energy English lessons to students aged 3–16 using the company’s award‑winning curriculum and digital resources.
• Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and support confidence building in English communication.
• Participate in school events, cultural activities, and extracurricular programs.
• Maintain classroom discipline and create a safe, inclusive learning atmosphere.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Valid passport and willingness to relocate to China.
• Genuine interest in education, travel, and cultural exchange.
• Clean background check.
• ESL certification (TEFL, TESOL, CELTA) is a plus – sponsorship available.

• Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.
