Talent & People Experience Coordinator

About the role

Rocket Lab is seeking a highly organised Talent & People Experience Coordinator to join its Auckland team. The role blends talent coordination with people‑experience initiatives, supporting the Talent Acquisition team and delivering a seamless experience for candidates, interns and employees.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end intern programme twice a year, from candidate management to onboarding and delivery.
• Support the Talent Acquisition team with sourcing, screening, interview scheduling and candidate care.
• Assist with immigration documentation and processes to ensure compliance.
• Contribute to people‑experience projects across the employee lifecycle.
• Maintain recruitment reporting, dashboards and analytics.
• Act as a primary liaison between candidates, hiring managers and TA partners.

Required profile

• Proactive, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Experience coordinating programmes or projects, preferably in an HR or recruitment setting.
• Familiarity with immigration documentation and compliance processes.
• Comfort working with global teams and fast‑paced environments.
