Senior Learning Consultant – 24‑Month Fixed‑Term

About the role

The Senior Learning Consultant will shape capability across ANZ New Zealand by partnering with business leaders and Talent & Culture. You’ll design and deliver learning solutions that align with strategic priorities and create measurable impact for the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders, subject‑matter experts and Talent & Culture to identify capability needs and design targeted learning solutions.
• Design and develop engaging, blended learning experiences using digital tools and human‑centred design principles.
• Lead capability initiatives from discovery and scoping through development, implementation and evaluation.
• Use research, data and industry insights to continuously improve learning experiences and embed best practice.
• Collaborate across the Capability community to deliver high‑quality solutions that support strategic priorities.

Required profile

• A genuine passion for learning and capability development.
• Strong communication and storytelling ability to influence stakeholders and link learning to outcomes.
• Strategic and analytical mindset, using data and insight to inform decisions.
• Proven stakeholder‑management skills with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels.
• Experience in instructional design and digital learning tools, preferably within banking or related sectors.
