Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Ingram Micro is looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive innovative sourcing, employer branding, and talent pipelining across New Zealand and the broader APAC region. You will partner with business leaders to shape hiring strategies and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a diverse portfolio of roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop hiring strategies.
• Build and nurture talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
• Proactively source and engage passive talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
• Deliver a candidate experience that reflects Ingram Micro’s values and employer brand.
• Leverage recruitment data and insights to influence hiring decisions and improve outcomes.
• Drive employer branding initiatives to strengthen market presence.
• Conduct talent mapping and market intelligence activities.
• Ensure a consistent, inclusive, and compliant recruitment process.
• Collaborate with global Talent Acquisition colleagues, sharing best practices and contributing to strategic projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience in end‑to‑end talent acquisition, either in‑house or agency.
• Strong sourcing and headhunting capabilities across various talent segments.
• Experience building talent pipelines and engaging passive candidates.
• Ability to develop strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and consulting skills.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience using recruitment metrics and insights.
