Talent Acquisition Partner – 12‑Month Fixed‑Term Role

About the role

Bring your exceptional recruitment and stakeholder management skills to a passionate team. This 12‑month fixed‑term role supports NZTE’s global business by identifying, engaging and hiring top local and international talent.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to deliver end‑to‑end recruitment across a diverse portfolio of roles.
• Proactively source, engage and nurture future talent using CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
• Build and maintain local and international talent pipelines.
• Guide leaders through screening, interview design, assessments and selection decisions.
• Manage candidate feedback, psychometric assessments, references and background checks.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across multiple international markets.

Required profile

• Highly experienced recruiter with strong stakeholder and candidate relationship management.
• Proven ability to handle complex hiring processes involving many stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Experience recruiting across multiple regions or jurisdictions.
• Energetic, adaptable and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment.
