Talent Acquisition Business Partner

About the role

Watercare is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join its high‑performing Talent Acquisition team. Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will manage a broad operational portfolio and partner with senior leaders to deliver recruitment outcomes for critical roles across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to provide commercially focused recruitment advice.
• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for a diverse and operationally complex portfolio.
• Proactively source and build pipelines for hard‑to‑fill and business‑critical positions.
• Deliver a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.
• Strengthen the employment brand and market presence.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation, Individual Employment Agreements and Collective Agreements.
• Identify and implement process and system improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.

Required profile

• Proven internal recruitment experience within a complex, multi‑disciplinary organisation.
• Successful management of high‑volume and business‑critical hiring.
• Experience working in a unionised environment, navigating IEAs and Collective Agreements.
• Strong influencing and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Highly organised with a solutions‑focused approach to competing priorities.
