Talent Acquisition Advisor

About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Advisor at One NZ you will help shape the recruitment experience across the organisation, connecting talented people with roles that make a real difference. This role is ideal for someone early in their recruitment career who wants to develop partnering skills, work closely with hiring managers and gain end‑to‑end recruitment expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer end‑to‑end recruitment processes, ensuring vacancies progress efficiently and accurately.
• Partner with hiring managers, People teams and senior talent partners to deliver effective recruitment outcomes.
• Source, pipeline and provide market insights for professional, specialist and corporate roles, focusing on priority and hard‑to‑fill positions.
• Maintain process discipline, candidate care, system accuracy, compliance and documentation.
• Support internal mobility, surface internal talent and contribute to continuous improvement of the talent function.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or HR, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage recruitment processes accurately.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Comfortable handling multiple vacancies, competing priorities and changing business needs.

Required skills

• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Proficiency in using LinkedIn and other sourcing tools.
