Talent Acquisition Advisor – ANZ Trades Recruitment

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Advisor will be based in Auckland and will lead the sourcing, attraction, selection and hiring of top‑tier talent across the ANZ region, with a focus on trades roles. You will ensure a consistent, fair and structured recruitment process while enhancing the candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Support recruitment for strategic and corporate hiring in the ANZ market, aligning with company goals.
• Lead continuous improvement of recruitment processes and collaborate with local HR teams.
• Advise business leaders on talent trends, conduct market mapping and build proactive talent pipelines.
• Partner with Recruitment Marketing to promote job opportunities and the employee value proposition.
• Leverage HR technology platforms (Workday, GEM, LinkedIn) to streamline recruitment and provide training to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with New Zealand labour legislation and global governance standards.
• Maintain accurate recruitment metrics, manage requisitions and optimise cost‑effective vendor usage.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in recruitment within New Zealand, including knowledge of the Employment Relations Act and Health and Safety at Work Act.
• Valid working rights for New Zealand at the time of application.
• Proven ability to collaborate with HR and business partners to deliver high‑quality hiring outcomes.
