Systems/Tech Analyst

About the role

This permanent position joins ANZ’s Funds Technology team in Auckland. You will support the daily operation of business‑critical applications that power ANZ Investments products such as KiwiSaver and ANZ Investment Funds. The role offers exposure to a complex, enterprise‑scale technology environment and a pathway to develop deep application‑support expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Support and maintain business‑critical applications across a multi‑platform environment.
• Investigate incidents, resolve issues, and contribute to system stability and performance improvements.
• Assist in identifying and addressing security vulnerabilities following best practices.
• Contribute to automation, monitoring, and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to enhance system delivery.
• Participate in a shared 24/7 support roster, gaining hands‑on incident‑management experience.
