Systems Training Specialist – 6‑Month Fixed‑Term

About the role

We are seeking a Systems Training Specialist on a 6‑month fixed‑term contract to join our People & Culture team in Lower Hutt. The role involves delivering practical, high‑impact training both online and face‑to‑face, supporting a range of users across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver systems and process training sessions for diverse audiences.
• Facilitate both virtual and in‑person workshops, adapting delivery style as needed.
• Translate technical concepts into clear, usable training materials and online modules.
• Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure training aligns with business needs.
• Travel to other sites when required to provide on‑site training.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering systems or process training in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong facilitation skills with the ability to tailor approaches for different audiences.
• Excellent communication, patience and a proactive attitude.
• Organised, proactive style with solid stakeholder management.
• Eligibility to work in New Zealand (citizen, resident or valid visa).
