Supply Chain Data & Systems Analyst

About the role

The Supply Chain Data & Systems Analyst will combine data analysis, business intelligence and systems project support to improve logistics and supply‑chain visibility across ZURU’s global operations. You will work closely with the supply‑chain team and an India development group to deliver accurate reporting, dashboards and analytical insights.

Key responsibilities

• Build, maintain and enhance Power BI dashboards for logistics and supply‑chain reporting.
• Analyse logistics costs, trends, inefficiencies and performance drivers using high‑quality data.
• Ensure reporting outputs are accurate, reliable and well documented.
• Support data validation, cleaning and structuring activities in collaboration with Data Engineers.
• Maintain consistent data definitions and reporting logic across regions and third‑party logistics providers.
• Develop reports and visualisations that increase transparency of logistics costs and service performance.
• Coordinate systems‑related projects with the India development team and contribute to ad‑hoc supply‑chain initiatives.
• Provide cost modelling, RFQ analysis and structured analytical support for internal stakeholders.
