SuccessFactors HR Consultant

About the role

ZURUZURU is seeking a SuccessFactors HR Consultant to own the technical operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of its SAP SuccessFactors and ADP global payroll platforms. The role ensures system stability, data integrity, and seamless integration across all supported markets while acting as a bridge between HR, IT, Finance, and Legal.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and maintain SAP SuccessFactors modules (Onboarding, Goal & Performance Management, Employee Central, Reporting).
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure continuous platform availability.
• Validate content accuracy and confirm configurations meet user requirements.
• Conduct demand analysis, evaluate new requirements, and implement enhancements within project timelines.
• Collaborate with developers to design and deploy system solutions.
• Manage ADP global payroll platform reliability and support monthly reconciliations and annual reviews.
• Liaise with HR, IT, Finance, Legal, and external vendors to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Drive governance, data‑quality initiatives, and continuous improvement of the HRIS landscape.

Required profile

• Extensive experience configuring SAP SuccessFactors.
• Hands‑on technical support experience with ADP payroll systems.
• Proven ability to work independently in a multi‑market environment.
• Strong analytical skills to translate business requirements into system designs.
• Experience with HRIS governance, data integrity, and cross‑functional collaboration.
