Store Manager – Retail Leadership Role

About the role

We are seeking an energetic Store Manager to lead our Napier location. You will be responsible for creating a vibrant store environment, driving sales, and developing a high‑performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop store staff to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
• Build strong relationships with team members, customers and key stakeholders.
• Oversee all aspects of store operations, including merchandising, inventory, and profitability.
• Adapt quickly to changing retail conditions and implement agile solutions.
• Promote a positive sales culture through continuous learning and growth.

Required profile

• Proven significant management experience, preferably in a retail environment.
• Strong communication skills to engage and influence both staff and customers.
• Resilience, adaptability and the ability to drive change.
• Confidence to interpret and execute strategic plans.
