Store Manager – Retail (Dunedin)

About the role

Bendon is seeking a Store Manager to lead its Dunedin boutique. You will own the daily operations, inspire a high‑performing team and create a welcoming environment where every woman feels confident and well‑served.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all store activities, including opening, closing, inventory control and visual merchandising.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of sales associates, fostering a culture of empowerment and excellent customer service.
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs, monitoring performance and implementing corrective actions when needed.
• Become a BRA‑FIT certified expert through the company’s 12‑week training programme.
• Maintain a flawless store presentation and ensure compliance with brand standards.

Required profile

• Passion for empowering women and delivering an unforgettable shopping experience.
• Strong leadership and people‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work a schedule of Tuesday to Saturday, 8:45 am – 5:15 pm.
