Store Manager – Premium Concept Store (Auckland)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced retail leader to manage our Newmarket Concept Store in Auckland. This premium adidas concept store requires a commercially‑minded manager who can uphold brand standards, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop the team to achieve KPIs, sales targets and high‑quality service.
• Own store performance, communicate results, data and action plans to the team.
• Analyse sales and operational data, challenge the status quo and implement improvements.
• Drive continuous improvements in productivity, profitability and efficiency.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, maximizing selling time.
• Partner with the District Manager to identify and develop high‑potential talent.
• Conduct staff training and coaching on KPI performance, brand knowledge and awareness.
• Oversee all retail operations, visual merchandising, inventory processing and stock‑to‑floor procedures.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and brand partners to ensure strong store‑level support.

Required profile

• Proven commercial mindset with a strong retail background and track record of meeting budgeted sales.
• Motivated, energetic and results‑driven with a passion for people and product.
• Confident in a fast‑paced, high‑exposure concept store environment.
• Experience coaching and mentoring teams to succeed.
