Squad Manager – Service Delivery & Team Development

About the role

The Squad Manager will lead the delivery and management of DWS services for Fujitsu in Wellington. You will ensure compliance with process standards, drive operational efficiency, and foster the growth of your team while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Perform data analysis and reporting to identify trends, insights and improvement opportunities for the matrix management community.
• Collaborate with resource management to support recruitment pipelines and attract top talent.
• Provide expertise and input during bid and sales processes, aligning HR considerations with client requirements.
• Lead automation and continuous‑improvement initiatives, promoting a culture of experimentation and learning.
• Contribute as a Subject Matter Expert to the evolution of services and practice innovation.
• Manage financial performance, client and vendor relationships, and ensure staff adherence to company policies.
• Communicate effectively, solve problems proactively and lead by example.

Required profile

• Strong technical understanding of the service portfolio you will manage.
• Proven experience in service delivery, team leadership and stakeholder management.
• Ability to influence bid and sales activities and handle escalations.
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and automation.
