Software Engineer – Full Stack (Azure, React)

About the role

We are seeking a Software Engineer to join Beca’s Digital Development & Innovation team and help shape the future of our Software Engineering Centre of Excellence. The role involves building cloud‑based, full‑stack solutions that support a variety of business products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain full‑stack applications using .NET, C#, Azure, Blazor and React.
• Integrate systems through APIs and implement distributed, secure, and high‑availability solutions on Microsoft Azure.
• Collaborate with product owners, engineers and stakeholders in an Agile (Scrum) environment to deliver high‑quality software.
• Utilise AI‑augmented development tools such as Claude Code and GitHub Copilot to improve productivity.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a full‑stack developer building cloud‑based products.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.
• Self‑motivated learner who continuously upgrades technical and soft skills.
