Software Account Representative – Hybrid Sales (Australia & NZ)

About the role

Thryv is looking for a self‑motivated Software Account Representative to drive new business across Australia and New Zealand. This hybrid sales position combines high‑volume phone outreach with face‑to‑face meetings, acting as a launchpad toward a full‑field Business Development Manager role.

Key responsibilities

• Build prospect lists from scratch and generate a self‑sourced pipeline.
• Make high‑volume cold calls and conduct virtual meetings to qualify leads.
• Follow up via SMS and email, understand prospect needs, and pitch Thryv’s software solutions.
• Meet qualified prospects in person, run face‑to‑face presentations, and close deals locally.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and nurture new customers for three months post‑sale.
