About the role

This remote freelance position is aimed at a junior social media professional who will audit and improve the social media strategy of a UK‑based upholstery retailer. The focus is on increasing sales and engagement through data‑driven recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct a comprehensive audit of existing social media and LinkedIn activities, assessing content quality, engagement, and alignment with business goals.
• Prepare a detailed report highlighting strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement.
• Propose actionable changes to boost reach, engagement, and conversion rates specific to the furniture and interiors market.
• Present case studies or examples of previous social media audits and strategy optimisation work.
• Recommend ongoing monitoring and performance‑tracking processes, with the possibility of continued collaboration.

Required profile
