This remote contract position is perfect for a digital content strategist who can unify the online presence of a multi‑disciplinary creator working across music production, musical theatre, and a comedy TTRPG podcast. You will shape a cohesive brand narrative that drives audience engagement and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive digital content strategy that integrates music, theatre, and podcast assets under a single brand story.
• Repurpose podcast audio and video into short‑form clips for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Create and maintain content calendars across all platforms, optimizing posting schedules for growth.
• Design compelling video hooks and campaigns to funnel traffic to Patreon, streaming services, and other monetisation channels.
• Collaborate closely with the client to ensure brand consistency across every digital touchpoint.
• Monitor analytics, adjust tactics, and report on performance to maximise reach, engagement, and conversions.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing digital content and social media for indie musicians, creators, or podcasters.
• Strong short‑form video editing abilities and familiarity with Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut.
• Deep knowledge of the entertainment, sync‑licensing, and gaming/TTRPG landscapes.
• Ability to craft compelling narratives that connect diverse creative projects.
• Understanding of audience‑growth strategies, algorithm optimisation, and platform monetisation.
• Excellent communication, project‑management, and organisational skills.
• Self‑starter who can work independently and meet deadlines.
