About the role
Social & Co Studio is a boutique social media and content studio seeking a passionate Social Media Manager on a casual/contract basis, with the possibility of a permanent role by 2026. The role blends strategic planning, hands‑on content creation, and client collaboration to build authentic online presences for real businesses.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, create, and schedule content across multiple social platforms.
- Develop and execute tailored social media strategies for each client.
- Monitor analytics, optimise performance, and report insights.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver on‑brand content that resonates.
- Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity across all posts.
Required profile
- Proven experience in social media management and strategy.
- Strong writing ability with the capacity to adapt tone for diverse brands.
- Organised, reliable, and able to juggle multiple client accounts.
- Based in or near Auckland and able to attend in‑person content shoots.
- Access to an iPhone 16 or later; a marketing or communications degree is a plus but not mandatory.
