Social Media Manager – App Testing & Feedback

About the role

We are looking for a Social Media Manager to evaluate a new creator‑focused social media app currently available on the App Store and Google Play. You will experience the platform as an influencer, from onboarding to content creation, and provide actionable feedback that will shape the product’s design and features.

Key responsibilities

• Download, install, and register on the app using a personal iOS or Android device.
• Explore all core features, including dashboard navigation, post creation, content sharing, and community tools.
• Simulate typical influencer workflows to assess usability and relevance for creators.
• Complete a detailed questionnaire covering UX, design, features, and overall appeal.
• Submit written feedback and screenshots highlighting strengths and improvement areas.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a social media manager or influencer manager.
• Familiarity with influencer workflows and content creation processes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver clear, actionable feedback.
• Access to a smartphone (iOS or Android) and ability to install mobile applications.
• Excellent written English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Availability of 1–2 hours for testing and feedback submission.
