Site Supervisor – Internal Fit‑Out & External Façades

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to lead internal fit‑out works and external façade installations on projects in Tauranga and surrounding regions. The role involves coordinating site activities, managing installers and subcontractors, and ensuring safety, quality and programme compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily site activities for internal fit‑out and external façade works.
• Manage installers, subcontractors and main contractors, ensuring adherence to drawings and specifications.
• Monitor programme progress, quality standards and health & safety requirements.
• Read and interpret architectural, shop and detail drawings.
• Oversee installation sequencing of façade systems, cladding, substructure, fixings, flashings and sealants.
• Coordinate internal fit‑out trades such as linings, ceilings, joinery and flooring, and liaise with services teams.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of site supervision experience in fit‑out, façades or cladding.
• Hands‑on experience with both internal and external works preferred.
• Strong practical understanding of façade systems and internal fit‑out trades.
• Ability to read architectural and shop drawings and specifications.
• Proven coordination, QA, health‑and‑safety and programme management skills.
• Based in Tauranga or nearby and legal right to work in New Zealand.
