ServiceNow Developer, ITSM Consultant or Architect (Expression of Interest)

About the role

Accenture is seeking experienced ServiceNow professionals to join its team as Developers, ITSM Consultants, or Architects. You will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and maintaining the ServiceNow platform to automate business processes and deliver robust IT service management solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the full ServiceNow implementation lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment.
• Design and configure modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, Virtual Agent, and Application Portfolio Management.
• Develop integrations with enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, and other web‑service technologies.
• Create workflows, business rules, and automation scripts to improve user experience.
• Collaborate with IT teams, business stakeholders, and other ServiceNow experts to align solutions with organizational goals.
• Provide post‑implementation support, troubleshooting, and platform maintenance.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and ensure adherence to ITIL best practices.
• Assist with upgrades, patches, and new releases.

Required profile

• Proven experience working with ServiceNow in a developer, consultant, or administrator capacity.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge Management).
• Familiarity with ServiceNow modules such as HRSD, ITOM, Virtual Agent, and APM.
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies.
• Relevant ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Implementation Specialist) are a plus.
